Strange light on street

These photographs were taken on the same day, I took the other photograph infront of the garage and more or less in the same location and at the same time. As you can see its not the light from a car or any other transport vehicle. I havnt been able to figure out, what's producing such massive light, that looks somewhat like a huge lightball.

I generally love to have a stroll at dusk. The place where this photograph is taken is Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India. I had casually taken a pic of the surrounding and it was around 6:30 pm. I didnt see any of these light pulses while taking the pic with my Samsung Corby 2.0 megapixel mobile camera. However, after the pic was captured, I noticed these strange light pulses. Sometimes mobile light-emitting objects like a moving car with headlights turned on, can produce such effects. However as you can see there were no cars moving around the place while I took the photograph. And in the backdrop, its a garage or maybe some shop, I am not sure.
